Compatibility Notes:
The script is compatible with PDF forms, which were created with OpenOffice and Adobe Acrobat*.

PDF files, that have been created with Adobe LiveCycle Designer are not supported. Possibly other programs are suitable for the creation (I'd be glad about experiences).

*special notes for saving with Adobe Acrobat
Please save your final PDF template with the following procedure to parry incorrectly form filling:
 1. Menu "File" -> "Save as" -> Choose file type "Adobe PDF files optimized" and "Save"
 2. Mark all text field which have to be filled
      -> Menu "Forms" -> "Show field properties" -> Tab "Options"
      -> Set hook "Allow RTF" (!!! or if already set, remove and set once again !!!)
 3. Menu "File" -> "Save"
